Business for Sale

THE PURCHASE PRICED IS BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF THE LIVE INVENTORY AND THE FIXTURES, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT (F, F&E). The Live Inventory shall be valued at fifty percent (50%) of the retail prices of the merchandise on hand at the time of a final, third party, inventory. In no event shall the inventory be more than One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($125,000.00). The F, F&E is valued at Twenty Five Thousand and NO/100 ($25,000.00). There is no value for Good Will or any other extraneous items normally associated with the sale of the business.
